YaHavah is Spirit; and his Spirit is the light of men, and the light of his Spirit shines in darkness; but darkness does not understand. (John. 1:4, 5 -- Word of YHVH Bible)

On forgiveness
14—For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: 15—but if you forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
How to Pray

Jesus gave us the very best prayer to pray for all occasions.
More teachings on preparing for His return follow the prayer.
Then, his last words for us are recorded in Revelation 22.
The Bible has all we need, if we listen and obey.

(Matthew 6:5-8)
And when you pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites [are for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. In truth, I say to you, They have their reward. But you, when you pray, enter into your closet, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father, which is in secret; and your Father, which sees in secret, shall reward you openly. But when you pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen [do]: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. Therefore, do not be like them: for your Father knows what things you have need of, before you ask him.

The Lord’s Prayer:
an affirmation that we understand his care and leadership
(Matthew 6:9-13; Luke 11:2-4)

Therefore, pray after this manner:

Our Father who is in heaven, Holy is your name.
Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth, as [it is] in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
[You] lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil: for yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

Jesus continued with teaching to prepare his own for his return
(Matthew 6:14-26)
(Matthew 28:18-20)
On fasting
16—Moreover, when you fast, do not be as the hypocrites with a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces that they may appear to men to fast. In truth, I say to you, They have their reward. 17—But you, when you fast, anoint your head, and wash your face; 18—that you appear not to men to fast, but to your Father which is in secret: and your Father, which sees in secret, shall reward you openly.
On treasures
19—Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust corrupts, and where thieves break through and steal: 20—but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust corrupts, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21—for where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
On serving two masters
22—The light of the body is the eye: if therefore your eye is clear, your whole body shall be full of light. 23—But if your eye is evil, your whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore, the light that is in you is darkness, how great [is] that darkness! 24—No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. You cannot serve YHVH and mammon.

Be anxious for nothing
Seek first his kingdom and his righteousness
25—Therefore I say to you, Take no thought for your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor yet for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?
26—Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much better than they?
The Great Commission

18—And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, All authority is given to me in heaven and in the earth. 19—Go accordingly and teach all peoples, 20—teach them to be watchmen of all things that I commanded you and know I am with you always, until the end of the age. Amen.

Note for Matthew 28:19b— According to researcher/author, Standford Rives, this text— baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost —was not in Matthew’s original manuscript or early translations. See more on the Great Commission in the “Glossary of Bible Terms.”

Matthew 28: (18) And Jesus came to the disciples and spoke to them, saying, "All authority has been given to me in heaven and on earth." (19) "Go to them and make disciples of all nations in my name. (20.1) And guard and teach them to carry out forever all things whatever I commanded you. (20.2) Act as you have seen me act, and instruct people in accordance with instructions I have given you. (20.3) And behold, I am with you until the consummation of the ages."
Come Lord Jesus
Revelation 22:12-19

12—And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward [is] with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13—I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.
14—Blessed [are] they that do his commandments that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15—For without [are] dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loves and makes a lie.
16—I, Jesus, have sent my angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, [and] the bright and morning star. 17—And Yah’s Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that hears say, Come. And let him that is thirsty come.
And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

Take heed!
18—For I testify to every man that hears the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add to these things, YHVH shall add to him the plagues that are written in this book: 19—and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, YHVH shall take away his part out of the Book of Life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book. (Deuteronomy 4:2; Matthew 5:18) 20—He who testifies these things said, Surely I come quickly. Amen.
 Even so, come, Lord Jesus!
