Holy Spirit--Romans 8:26-28 concerning the Spirit of YHVH and the human spirit.

The context is of the indwelling Spirit of YHVH is to search the soul (spirit) of the saints. He intercedes or groans for the saints who are unaware of a problem in their thinking and actions. The Spirit of YHVH is doing a lot of groaning in these times. One could call it a war between the seven spirits of YHVH and the seven spirits of sin. The Spirit groans for us, but we are to learn how to test the spirit of our own thoughts and actions. That is perhaps the point of His intercession.

Romans 8:26-27 -- as the generally accepted interpretation (NIV)

26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.

27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints in accordance with God's will.

Is the soul inclined toward the seven spirits of YHVH or the seven spirits of lawlessness? The choice is yours.
